Cervos Medical LLC and its parent company, Ranfac Corp., announced today the filing of a federal lawsuit against Biopsybell S.R.L. and Stem Genix Solutions, LLC in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (Case No. 25-cv-2374). The complaint asserts infringement of three U.S. patents (Nos. 11,564,669; 11,918,193; and 11,576,659), copyright infringement, common law trademark infringement, false advertising, and unfair competition related to the defendants'importation, use,promotion and sale of the “Marrow Stem” device.

The plaintiffs seek preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, treble damages, and attorneys' fees.
