Tishman Speyer, a global real estate investment firm managing NPS's entrusted assets, is opening a liaison office in Jeonju and commencing operations. This marks the second time an international real estate asset management firm has established an office in Jeonju.

Kim Tae-hyun, Chairman of the National Pension Service, attended the opening ceremony of Tishman Speyer's Jeonju liaison office on the afternoon of the 24th of March in Manseong-dong, Jeonbuk-do.
The event was also attended by Tishman Speyer's CEO, Rob Speyer, along with Fred Waldeck, Co-Head of Global Equity Capital Markets; Graham Mackie, Head of Asia ex-China and India; and Alex Koh, Head of Korea.
The establishment of a Jeonju liaison office underscores Tishman Speyer's commitment to strengthening its long-term partnership with NPS, as well as its capabilities in South Korea and the Asia-Pacific region. Through this office, Tishman Speyer will provide strategic support to NPS, including identifying global real estate investment opportunities across diverse sectors and offering in-depth capital market analysis and advisory services.
