Five winning rescues will each receive a $1,000 cash donation, 50 standard microchips, one universal microchip scanner, and a feature story on Petplace.com.

To nominate a rescue, simply visit petplace.com/heroic-hearts to complete a simple online form which asks for: the name of the nominated rescue organization, contact details, a brief description of the rescue organization's achievements over the last year, and an optional photo may be uploaded. The contest closes March 21 at 11:59pm ET and winners will be contacted and announced between April 7-11, 2025.
