Community Blood Center Expands Efforts to Recruit Local Blood Donors
The Blood Connection (TBC), one of Dublin's non-profit community blood centers, has been selected as the blood provider for Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, GA.

Building upon their existing relationship with the Dublin community, TBC has been chosen to be the provider of blood products for Fairview Park Hospital because of the organizations proven ability to ensure availability of an adequate and stable blood supply. This agreement is part of a larger partnership with HCA Healthcare, making TBC the blood provider for other HCA hospitals across GA and SC.

To increase efforts in recruiting local, volunteer blood donors in this community, TBC is working on hosting more mobile blood drives in the Dublin area.

Although TBC is responsible for keeping the blood supply stable, it cannot replicate blood; it must be donated.
