The International Education group at Cambridge University Press & Assessment (Cambridge), announced today a new Cambridge International School designation for St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With this recognition, St. Thomas Aquinas High School becomes the first Catholic high school in the United States to offer the Cambridge Pathway, joining a global community of schools (PreK-12) committed to innovation, global perspective, and academic excellence.

The Cambridge Pathway, which culminates in the internationally benchmarked Cambridge Advanced courses and exams, enables students to access valuable college-credit, academic achievement recognition, and scholarships. Through the Bright Futures Scholarship, Florida students who complete the Cambridge AICE Diploma, along with meeting other scholarship requirements, qualify for free tuition at state colleges.
